What is my size in FUTURE Gis?
Below is a general size chart for our kimonos. Be aware that the size for our gis are a slightly bigger than other brands. This is because of the material we use and you should expect it to shrink slightly. All our gis also come pre-shrunk but since the fabric is made of a unique cotton yarn blend there is always extra shrinkage regardless in the wash and dry cycle.
What size should I pick if I'm at bottom of the size chart for my body type and weight?
We usually recommend that you go down a size if you like your gi to be on the fitted side. Some people prefer to have their gi more on the loose side and in that case, we tell them to just follow the size chart.
Disclaimer: Fit is very important to us and making sure people get in the right size is our #1 goal. We give each customer our best opinion on what size we think they may be, with the details they give us, to give the best recommendation. There are always factors of different body types that we sometimes can't account for in each recommendation. How much do FUTURE gis shrink?
Depending on how you care for your gi's and dry your kimono. We like to say there is at least a 1-3 inch shrink factor on all white gis. Sometimes a 1-2 inch shrinkage on black or blue gis.
When will my order ship?
We will ship out your order the same day you order it. On weekends and in holidays, it will go out the next business day. Add the courier time to it and your order should usually arrive (to the US) in 3-6 working days. We are based in New Zealand, so if you order from NZ or Australia in the morning, we aim to ship it out to your door the by the end of the next day.
*** NOTE: THIS ONLY applies to general apparel items that are in stock. Kimonos and special releases are EXCLUDED. Kimono releases will ship within the estimated time given in the details of the product description.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and DHL Express to anywhere in the world.
We ship anywhere in the US for a flat rate of $10. Delivery times will vary between each state, but you should allow for 4-7 working days for your package to reach you. Once your parcel has left our door, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number letting you know it is on its way to you and the target delivery date. You also have options to pay for expedited services presented at the checkout.
We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $40 via FedEx. Delivery times will vary between each country, but you should allow for 4-7 working days for your package to reach you. Once your parcel has left our door, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number letting you know it is on its way to you and the target delivery date. You also have options to pay for expedited services presented at the checkout. All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. Check with your local authorities if you are unsure what these charges will be.
We will ship anywhere in Australia, New Zealand and the UK for a flat rate of $35 via FedEx. For most areas you should allow for at least 7 working days. If you live in a rural area, allow at least another day for your parcel to reach you. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number letting you know that your order has been sent and when you should expect delivery. You also have options to pay for expedited services presented at the checkout. Once your parcel has left our door, you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way to you.
How can I cancel my order?
In an effort to get an order to our customers hands quicker, we aim to ship on the same day you make your purchase. Our process runs pretty quickly, so the time frame in which a customer can make a change or cancel an order is extremely short.

Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?
Sure! Just make sure you contact us ASAP. We are very happy to do this provided it hasn't gone out already. Best to email us quickly via firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if I did not receive my order?
If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com. We will do our best to figure something out.
What happens if I did not receive my complete order or my order is damaged?
If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in. You might be required to fill out a claim form, so we can investigate further.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you must cancel on or before the stated deadline. Because pre-order items are made-to-order items, any cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the purchase price and will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit (no exceptions).
What can cause my order(s) to be modified, placed on hold or canceled?
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, Paypal account, Google Pay account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not permitted. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
