We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $30 via DHL. Delivery times will vary between each country, but you should allow for 3-6 working days for your package to reach you. Once your parcel has left our door, you will receive an email from DHL letting you know it is on its way to you and the target delivery date. All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. Check with your local authorities if you are unsure what these charges will be.
We will ship anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $6.50. All orders are sent via a Fastway to ensure you get your package as fast and as safe as possible. For North Island shipping, you should allow up to 2 working days and South Island shipping up to 3 working days. If you live in a rural area, allow at least another day for your parcel to reach you. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order has gone through. Once your parcel has left our door, you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way to you.

Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging within 30 days of ship date. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of FUTURE. Any item(s) returned that does not meet the aforementioned criteria, will not be eligible for return and/or exchange (i.e., item appears dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.).
Accessories and special order items are non-returnable.
Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. FUTURE is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from FUTURE or authorized distributors. We will not accept any claims for returns or exchanges from third parties.
In the case where an order includes custom or made to order or back order items, a cancellation fee of $5 will apply if the order is cancelled within 5 days of the purchase date. Beyond 5 days, custom and made to order or back order items are non refundable.
You acknowledge that when purchasing a made to order, back order or custom item as stated in the items product description, there is a manufacturing process associated to this item before it is shipped. This time period is typically 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, a custom item, made to order item or back order item is made specifically for you at your specification as stated in the product description and is non-refundable.
